4. Inquiries and Booking
4.1 How to Inquire
Walk package availability is requested through our contact form, by email, or by phone. Submitting a contact form inquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after Tendonnature reviews your request, confirms availability, and sends you a written booking confirmation with final details and pricing.
4.2 Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in United States dollars and include applicable taxes and guide gratuities unless otherwise stated. Prices for walk packages are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the price quoted at the time of confirmation. Group discounts of fifteen percent apply to parties of six or more participants booking the same walk package together.
4.3 Payment Arrangements
Payment for confirmed walk bookings is arranged directly with our team after your booking is confirmed. We will inform you of accepted payment methods, total amount due, and payment timing at the time of confirmation. No payment is collected through this website.
5. Participation Requirements
By participating in a Tendonnature group walk, you agree to the following requirements:
- Arrive at the designated meeting point at least ten minutes before the scheduled start time
- Wear appropriate footwear and clothing suitable for the walk's distance, terrain, and weather conditions
- Follow all instructions provided by your assigned guide regarding route, pace, safety, and group conduct
- Ensure you possess the physical fitness level appropriate for the walk package difficulty rating you have selected
- Maintain respectful conduct toward guides, fellow participants, and members of the public encountered along the route
- Assume responsibility for your personal belongings throughout the duration of the walk
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Participants may cancel a confirmed booking and receive a full refund if cancellation is made at least twenty-four hours before the scheduled walk start time. Cancellations made within twenty-four hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable. Tendonnature reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any walk due to severe weather, safety concerns, insufficient enrollment, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule to an alternative date at no additional charge. For complete details on refunds and returns, please refer to our Return Policy.
7. Assumption of Risk and Liability
Group walking activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, variable weather conditions, traffic, and physical exertion.
